In Parts 1 and 2, Inbal and Roxy will introduce an NVC perspective on power, resources and choice. This is the conceptual foundation for their work across challenging social divisions.
In Parts 3 and 4 Inbal and Roxy will set up supported dialogues with course participants from different societal divisions, where both people express their judgments, beliefs, concerns and stories, and have them translated, empathized with and heard by the other person (e.g. a person who has judgments about people who are poor dialogues with someone who is poor).
