Rather than labeling ourselves as right or wrong, good or bad, we can explore what we were trying to accomplish in a given moment and connect compassionately with our humanity. Drawing on teachings from Marshall Rosenberg, the process helps us integrate our experiences so we can make different choices in the future without resorting to self-blame or self-loathing.
