Supporting a Culture of Collaboration: 4 Session Course
Miki Kashtan, Certified NVC Trainer:
One person cannot singlehandedly transform a culture and make it more collaborative, no matter how much you dedicate yourself to it. Transforming organizational culture requires attention and change at the systemic level. Learn which systems are crucial for any organization to establish and clarify whether that organization is collaborative or not, and then learn how to create and strengthen a collaborative organization.
Miki highlights specific systems and proposes ways of aligning those systems with core principles of collaboration:
- Basic principles of collaborative systems;
- Shared purpose and values;
- Decision making and resource allocation systems; and
- Feedback and conflict resolution systems.
