Why do so many organizational change efforts fail despite significant investment? In this teaching, Miki Kashtan explores Marshall Rosenberg's distinction between peripheral change and radical change, arguing that lasting transformation only occurs when the way decisions are made changes—not just individual policies or practices. Discover why participatory decision making is one of the most powerful levers for creating systems rooted in collaboration, trust, and shared power.
